for five.

we've been dating for five years today. and thus, a long-winded sappy post feels in order. and yet, i feel no matter what i say, the words i use or what order i put them in, there will never be way for you to quite know the clarity and joy i feel in the presence of her. how thankful i am for every moment. because it is a feeling. a tangible feeling.

equally, anniversary posts all sound the same to me, regurgitated nonsense a la “i love her so much, she’s my best friend, i wouldn't be here without you, blah, blah” (all of which is true and i've been guilty of).  i instead implore you to gaze at our timeline thus far. look, and feel with your senses what five years together has done to us both and into that experience that has shaped us so closely together.
